This Thursday (6/5/2021), I will be sharing about the data governance in the context of Financial Technologies in Indonesia.
The promising ventures of Fintech are often blurred by its bad and risky reputation of an unknown. Data abuses are rampant and laws are still in their infancy. Our regulators need to formulate a better legal framework.
This event is hosted by Telkom University, Bandung, and moderated its by lecturer Dr Muharman Lubis.
He wrote his doctoral thesis on the privacy of data in electronic voting in Indonesia, under my co-supervision. Alhamdulillah he’s now grown as a prolific writer and an active researcher.
